The Howard Smith Award

The Buckeye Division recognizes individuals who are dedicated to and serve the Buckeye Division by presenting them with The Howard Smith Award. This award is given to a person who has assisted the Superintendent, either directly or indirectly, during their Buckeye Division activities, in a manner that enhances or sustains the operations of the Buckeye Division or provides non-operational benefits to the Buckeye Division.

Golden Spike Award

The easiest way to get started in the NMRA Achievement Program is with the Golden Spike Award. If you have a home layout, chances are you've already done at least some of the things listed in the Golden Spike requirements list, if not all of them.

Information about the Golden Spike Award can be found on the NMRA website at:
Achievment Page.
